The Kensington and Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed four new Directors to the Board at their recent Annual General Meeting. Three nominees were put forward by the Nominating Committee, while one was nominated by the membership at large. All nominees were approved and made official by members present at the AGM on January 24th.
The new directors are: Christine Cousins from Scotiabank, Bethany MacDonald from Spring Valley Building Centre, Don Ramsay from Atlantic Mobi Marketing and Mike Smith from the County Line Courier. They will join the remaining Directors who are as follows:

Vice President – Dianne Schurman (Malpeque Fine Iron Products)
Treasurer – Travis Bertram (BDO)
Secretary – Petrina Mellish (Mel’s Petro Kensington)

Wade Hulbert (Scotia Wealth Management)
Katherine MacLennan (Kensington Hair Station)
Rodney Mann (Town of Kensington)
Coreen Pickering (Broadway 45)

The Board would like to thank resigning Directors Skip Bearisto, Ken Clark and Jordan Ellis for their time and commitment to the Chamber. Their hard work and dedication has been greatly appreciated.
